At Pickle Me Paddle, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on most paddles and pickleball gear.
What’s Eligible for Return
You may return unused paddles and merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Used paddles, customized items, and certain brands may not be eligible.
To qualify for return:

Paddles must be unaltered and in clean, sellable condition.

Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags.

Pickleballs must be unused and in original, unopened packaging.
Returns may be refunded to the original payment method (minus return shipping), or in the form of store credit (with return shipping covered by us).
Please allow up to 15 business days for inspection and processing.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please complete the return form on our website or contact our customer service team directly. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or shipped to the wrong address.
Shoe Return Policy
Shoes must be tried on indoors only and returned in new condition, with the original box and packaging materials intact. Shoes that show wear, dirt, or damage are not eligible for return unless covered under warranty.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Oversized Items & Equipment
Certain large items may be subject to restocking fees or special return instructions. These may include:

Restocking fees vary by product and range from 5% to 20% depending on item category and condition.

Defective Products & Warranty Support
If your paddle or product arrives defective, or shows manufacturer-related issues within the warranty window, we’ll help make it right.
Warranty periods:

Nets: 60 days

Bags and covers: 6 months
Please contact us with proof of purchase, description of the issue, and photos if available. We will verify your claim and provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
