Free Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Orders ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx Home Delivery, depending on size, weight, and location.
Estimated Delivery Times:

FedEx Ground / Home Delivery: 3–7 business days (continental U.S.)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Remote areas, holidays, and weather may cause delays.
Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii for shipments under 5 pounds. Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible for free shipping.
Same-Day Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Same-day shipping cut-off: Orders placed before 11:30 AM PT will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after will ship the next business day.
Most products ship from our main fulfillment location in Milpitas, California. Larger or specialized items may be shipped directly from manufacturer warehouses and may follow different timelines. If a product is excluded from same-day shipping, this will be noted on its product page.

Expedited delivery is available for most orders shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Please note, expedited orders must still meet the 8:30 AM PT cut-off to ship same day.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries via:

Lightweight Shipping Upgrade (Optional)
For small/lightweight orders under 2 lbs, you may see a $6.99 USPS Priority Mail upgrade option during checkout. This is a great low-cost way to expedite delivery without jumping to express shipping rates.
